Fractional CMO & Media Operations | Strategy & Execution with Systems, Automation & Ethical AI

Ron Robinson, fCMO, Digital Media Asset Management

Most enterpreneurs have to choose between a marketing strategist who can't execute, or a media guy who doesn't understand the bottom line. I do both.

As a Fractional CMO and the founder of MPFR Media, I help driven business owners stop trading time for chaos. I build your high level marketing strategy, and then I install the digital media infrastructure, systems, and AI required to actually run it so you get your time and sanity back. We drive passionate founders to move beyond "feel good" marketing to build systems and campaigns that are logical, efficient, and relentlessly focused on a measurable return on investment. We do this through a strict, three-step process:

Extract: We look under the hood at your customer data, SEO, and sales process to find the gaps and uncover what is actually driving revenue.

Systematize: We turn that raw data into a clear, ROI-driven marketing strategy.

Automate: I use my Media & Operations background to plug in the right tech stack and AI tools so your marketing is delivered flawlessly without eating up your day.

Where does this systems-first approach come from?

Before stepping into media operations, I spent over 20 years in the transportation industry, eventually serving as Superintendent of Train Operations for a major U.S. transit agency. Combined with my background as an Army veteran and a Certified Google Project Manager, my entire career has been built on command level precision. I bring that exact same discipline to how we manage digital assets at MPFR, we are deeply vested in the responsible evolution of our industry. We practice Ethical AI Leadership while actively deploying artificial intelligence to streamline marketing and media logistics without compromising integrity.
